We value your trust and aim to provide reliable, transparent service every time.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle visitation charges, service fees, and follow-up repairs.


1. Visitation Charge

  • A ₹49 visitation charge is collected when you book a service.

  • This charge covers the technician’s trip and initial inspection.

  • This amount is non-refundable once the technician has visited the premises, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the recommended repair or not.


2. Final Service Charges

  • After the on-site inspection, our technician will provide a detailed estimate for the required repair or fitting.

  • The final bill is created only after your approval of the estimate.

  • Payment is due once the service is completed.


3. 7-Day Service Guarantee

  • For appliance repairs, we provide a 7-day guarantee on the specific issue addressed during our visit.

  • If the same issue recurs within 7 days, we will send a technician to resolve it at no extra cost—no questions asked.

  • This guarantee applies only to the exact problem repaired in the original service and does not cover new or unrelated faults.


4. Refunds

  • Except as described under the 7-day Service Guarantee, no refunds are issued once a service is completed and approved by you.

  • If you cancel before the technician has been dispatched, you may request a refund of any amount paid beyond the ₹49 visitation charge.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You can cancel or reschedule your booking before the scheduled visit by contacting our customer support team.

  • If the technician is already en route or has arrived, the ₹49 visitation fee will still apply.
